Tantalum

Tantalum is found in the Earth's crust, together with niobium, in minerals such as columbite, tantalite and microlite [5]. The isotopes found in nature are ¹⁸⁰Ta (0.0123%, T_½ > 10¹² years) and ¹⁸¹Ta (99.9877%, stable) [5].
