Molybdenum

Molybdenum is found in the Earth's crust, 1-1.5 ppm (w/w), in minerals such as molybdenite and wulfenite [8]. The isotopes found in nature are ⁹²Mo (15.86 %, stable), ⁹⁴Mo (9.12 %, stable), ⁹⁵Mo (15.7 %, stable), ⁹⁶Mo (16.5 %, stable), ⁹⁷Mo (9.45 %, stable), ⁹⁸Mo (23.75 %, stable) and ¹⁰⁰Mo (9.62 %, stable)[8].

In pure form, molybdenum occur in a body-centered cubic lattice [8].
